James Leonard for Esavian 1950s stacking school ‘Compass’ tables, £100 each

Designed in the 1950s for Esavian by James Leonard, these aluminium and formica tables are just as useful and stylish today. The perfect size for a child’s desk or arts and crafts table, the formica is incredibly easy to clean. The aluminium ‘compass’ shaped legs give a sense of industrial chic, and of course are extremely hardwearing. These tables are also designed to stack in order to save space, should you need more than one!

The ply and formica tops show very slight signs of use – please check the photographs for details.
