Here we have a useful and unusual set of 4 vintage dining chairs by Centa.

Black vinyl seats complement the curved plywood back rests, which have been finished on the outside with matt black paint.

At some point in their busy lives, these chairs have had upholstery on the back rests, which has since been removed, leaving behind some staple holes and light damage – please see the photographs.  They are clearly chairs which have been well used and loved, but that doesn’t make them any less stylish.  One chair has some damage to the bottom of the back strut, (photographed) but this is still very sturdy, with no wobbles or looseness.

And if you’re short on space, they also stack when not in use!
