….whooooaaa, livin’ on a prayer.
Actually, I just mean that we are half way through January, that crappiest of months. It’s my absolute least favourite, and it’s almost over.
These past few weeks, we’ve been concentrating on adding some fab new storage pieces to the shop, so I thought I’d give you a little round up of the newbies here in case you missed them:
First up, we have the Remploy Drawers:
Originally made for the Ministry of Defence, these mid century drawers have a super useful Formica top, meaning they could easily be put to use in a kitchen or even bathroom. Loads of drawer storage and a wipe clean surface? Winner.
Then there’s the William Lawrence nightstand:
William Lawrence produced furniture from the late 1800s right up to the early 1970s, so they knew what they were doing. This little bedside cabinet gives you enough space to for books and light, and a handy drawer for your other bits and pieces.
Our other new addition is a 1960s tallboy:
Always useful, a tallboy like this could literally help you out of a storage quandary in any room in the house. Kitchen cupboard. Clothes storage. Toys and games. Towels and linens. Shoes, hats and gloves. Craft supplies. Random shiz that you just can’t part with. It will hold it all.
Rest assured, we’ve got a few peices of seating in the works too, but for now, it’s storage galore.
Have a great week and count down the days until Feb 1st,
